Loops email analytics

See what happens after Loops sends your email

Track delivery, hard bounces and spam complaints across Loops campaigns, workflows and transactional emails. Keep your existing Loops groups, and see marketing opens and clicks where tracking is enabled.

Free · Collection starts when you connect · Delivered means accepted by the recipient server

Sends, delivered and bounces

See how many messages you sent, how many the recipient server accepted, and how many hard-bounced, per campaign and per day.

Complaints and incidents

Track spam complaints, and get an incident when delivery, bounce or complaint rates cross thresholds you set for the workspace.

Opens and clicks

Unique opens and clicks per delivered message, plus totals, wherever your provider reports them.

Recipient timeline

Look up one recipient and see what happened to the messages sent to them: sent, delivered, bounced, opened or clicked.

How it works

Connect Loops with a webhook

  1. 1

    Register your Loops connection

In your workspace, choose Add connection → Loops and enter a name. Tell MailVakt whether open and click tracking is enabled for your campaigns and workflows.

  2. 2

Add the webhook URL in Loops

Copy the URL into Loops Settings → Webhooks. Loops allows one webhook endpoint per account. If you already have one, choose which integration receives your events before replacing it.

  3. 3

Enable events and save the signing secret

Enable the send, delivery, bounce, spam report, open and click events listed on the connection card. Paste the signing secret from Loops into MailVakt, then confirm that you enabled all required subscriptions.

  4. 4

Verify the endpoint, then send real mail

Send a webhook test from Loops to verify setup. That test does not count as an email send. Send real mail to see delivery reporting; you can resume setup or replace the signing secret from the connection card.

What the numbers mean

  • Loops does not track opens or clicks for transactional emails. MailVakt shows their engagement as Unavailable. Campaign and workflow engagement depends on your tracking settings.
  • Outcomes received before their send event appear as incomplete collection until the send arrives. Incident conclusions stay suppressed while outcomes are unmatched or required subscriptions remain unconfirmed.
  • Delivered means the recipient’s mail server accepted the message. It does not mean the message reached the inbox rather than the spam folder.
  • Collection starts when you connect a provider. MailVakt does not backfill earlier sends.
  • Opens and clicks depend on your provider’s tracking. Apple Mail privacy features and link scanners can inflate or hide them, so treat them as a trend, not a headcount.
  • A message sent to several recipients can make some events ambiguous. MailVakt marks those rather than guessing which recipient an event belongs to.
  • Detailed events are kept for 30 days. Daily totals are kept for 12 months.

Frequently asked questions

Which Loops emails can I monitor?
Campaigns, workflows and transactional emails. Delivery, hard bounces and complaints are available for all three. Opens and clicks are available for campaigns and workflows when tracking is enabled, but not for transactional emails.
What if I already use a Loops webhook?
Loops currently allows one webhook endpoint per account. You must choose which integration receives events before replacing an existing endpoint. MailVakt does not forward webhook events to another integration.
Do I need an API key or OAuth access?
No. You configure the webhook in Loops and paste its signing secret into MailVakt. MailVakt uses the secret to verify incoming events, stores it encrypted, and does not send email through your account.
How are Loops emails grouped?
MailVakt uses the original Loops campaign, workflow or transactional template identity. Renaming it does not split its history. MailVakt subject and tag rules do not apply to Loops.
Can I import earlier sends?
No. Collection starts when you connect, and there is no historical import. A webhook test verifies setup without creating analytics records.
How do I disconnect Loops?
Disconnect in MailVakt to stop ingestion immediately and delete the stored signing secret. Then disable or remove the webhook in Loops Settings → Webhooks. Retained reporting history expires normally.
Is Loops analytics free?
Yes. MailVakt campaign analytics is free to use, including Loops connections.

Fix this from ChatGPT or Claude

MailVakt is an MCP server, so your assistant can run this check itself, read the findings and walk you through the DNS edit. Ask it:

“Use MailVakt to check the domain I send from in Loops and explain any SPF, DKIM or DMARC problems.”
  • Claude: Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector, then paste https://mcp.mailvakt.com/mcp.
  • Cursor and other MCP clients: add the same address as an MCP server. Setup details.

Checks are free and need no account. Sign in only to collect DMARC reports for a domain.
